Meet the Team

  • ERICA

    E-RYT 200

    Owner of House of Asana

Erica grew up in sunny South Florida with a love for movement, travel, and helping others. A former competitive dancer, she found yoga through the joy of connecting mind and body in a real, empowering way.

Her classes are playful, steady, and welcoming — always focused on why we move and how mobility helps us live stronger, fuller lives. Expect good music, good energy, and a lot of heart.

When she’s not at the studio, you’ll find Erica on the beach with her dog Luna or spending time with her girlfriend. Her goal is simple: help you leave feeling lighter, stronger, and more connected to yourself.

  • JAIME

    RYT 200

Jaime has been part of the studio since we opened. She began teaching without a deep yoga background but brought with her a passion for movement, growth, and community. She teaches a variety of styles but truly thrives as our Sculpt queen, leading a high-energy, strength-based flow that’s one of her favorites.

A mother of three and grandmother, Jaime has called the Oregon coast home for over 25 years. Outside the studio, she works as an Executive Assistant for a peer-run organization that provides recovery support services—a role grounded in compassion and service.

Her classes are known for fun, uplifting music and a judgment-free vibe. Whether you're looking to build strength, release stress, or just dance it out on your mat, Jaime creates space for everyone.

  • Jody

    RYT 200

Jody grew up in Beaverton Oregon and lived in the San Francisco Bay area for 25 years before returning to her family roots in Coos County in 2014. She has been belly dancing for the last 25 years and began practicing yoga three years ago. She is a full time realtor, mother to two girls, and proud grandma to one beautiful girl.

Her intention is to hold space for others to explore and show up as their authentic selves.

  • Susan

    RYT 200

Susan grew up in the area, and moved to Minneapolis where she lived for 25 years. During that time she met her husband, had two wonderful kids.

New to retirement and having led a very sedentary lifestyle she decided to focus on self-improvement. Beginning her yoga journey at the age of 62 with no prior experience and a low fitness level was a bit daunting. But she soon found that yoga is a practice that celebrates diversity, and embraces individuals of all shapes, sizes, and abilities.

When not working on deepening her personal practice Susan spends her time gardening, and supervising her one employee, her husband Bill.

Susan’s goal in her classes is to inspire others to just show up and try. Each person’s practice and journey is as unique as they are, no two are the same.

Make time for yourself and be proud of your progress, you are worth it.

  • Goldie

    RYT 200

Goldie Warncke found yoga in 2000 and has been inspired ever since by its power to build focus, presence, and self-awareness. She earned her 200-hour RYT from Rasa in Ashland, Oregon, in 2014 while completing her BA in Biology. Goldie’s teaching blends classical yoga with a playful, modern twist, creating space for connection, movement, and growth.

Outside of yoga, she enjoys botanizing, hiking, camping, and rafting.

  • Lorelei

Lorelei, born and raised in Coos Bay, Oregon, is a talented stained glass artist and sound bath practitioner.

Alongside her creative pursuits, she has dedicated herself to lifelong studies in nutrition, psychology, and spirituality, aiming to uplift herself, her family, and her community. Together with her husband, she is building a local food forest to provide organically grown, fresh produce to the area. Passionate about local ecology, Lorelei spends her free time immersed in nature, whether hiking, kayaking, or enjoying quality moments with friends and family.
