Alexis P.

“Attending the 200 hour yoga teacher training at House of Asana is one of the best decisions I’ve ever made for myself. I was able to deepen and improve my own yoga practice while also learning and understanding yoga history and philosophy, anatomy, sequencing and so much more. Lauren provided so much support to all of her students and really created an open, comfortable environment - an experience I will always be thankful for!”

Alicia H.

“I am so thankful to have done the YTT200 with Lauren. I can’t imagine learning all of that contact by myself looking at a screen attempting to practice all by myself. Instead I was surrounded by a beautiful safe and strong group of women who all grew in their knowledge and overall yoga practice. I highly recommend this yoga teacher training!”

Kat A.

“Exceptional program with highly skilled and supportive teachers. They made the large amount of content manageable without being overwhelming, integrating movement with philosophy in a fun and engaging manner. I am forever changed in the best way after my YTT at HOA.”

Alicia H.

“Your support and guidance throughout the program and in every class I attend has been overwhelming. You continually give of yourselves to each individual who walks through the HOA door.”
